STRACK DESIGN

I love to design. I love to strategize, to write, to support, to communicate, to present, to ideate, to sketch, to motivate, to collaborate, to lead, and to inspire — whether in person or by video call.

In my career, I have been building and managing teams in-house and in agencies. My deep understanding of both design principles and creative processes helps me to guide the team to the best solution: via brainstorm-sessions, workshops, sprints, scrums, presentations, prototypes, or rolling up the sleeves, and creating design options on my own.

Stakeholders see me as a creative partner at the intersection of strategy, messaging, data, experiences, and design. I understand how to deal with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment, and to design my
way out.

Born in Germany, I started my career in Berlin, married in Istanbul, and moved to California in 2011. I learned to adapt quickly to different cultural contexts, to embrace diversity, and to continue to build the most important skill there is for a design leader: empathy.
